WE LOVE USED GEAR!  If you have any instruments or gear you'd like to unload, please come and see us.  We have options for consignment, trade-in, or purchasing your gear.  

We want you to be a happy customer!  Billy Wray Music Shop offers a 14 Day return policy that includes new and used gear.  All new gear is covered by manufacturer warranty.  Used gear is repaired at our discretion within the 14 Day return policy - you always have the option for just returning your used gear for a refund during the 14 day return period.  For more details on our return policy, please use the link on the bottom of any page on our website.

If you buy an acoustic guitar from us - new or used - we offer our free lifetime truss rod adjustment for your acoustic guitar.  Service only available for our walk-in customers at our local music shop.

We are happy to restring your guitars for you for the purchase price of strings (unless you supply them) and our restring fee.

We offer repair services for most instruments and amplifiers - even band instruments.  

We currently have an in-house guitar instructor that also teaches other string instruments as well.  Visit us or call our shop for details - available only during business hours.  

Of course we have used band and orchestra instruments for sale, but we also have instruments available for lease with a lease to own option.  Call us for details!
