Refund Policy and Refund Form

14 DAY "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" RETURN PERIOD FOR NEW AND USED GEAR - INFO ON WARRANTY

We want you to be a life-long, happy customer. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within our 14 day return period. The return period starts once the item has been received by you. You may return the item for in-house credit, or refund of the purchase price minus what it cost us to ship to you. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging, with all accessories and documentation (e.g. owner's manual, warranty card). There are some items which may not be returnable for health or legal reasons (e.g. harmonicas). New items must be in the same condition as when purchased if returned. Used items must be in the same condition for a return, unless item has a problem resulting from normal wear and tear. It is up to our discretion on whether we will repair a used piece of gear or simply offer the refund during the 14 day return policy. We only repair used gear for local customers. We will not repair and reship a used piece of gear.

You the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs and in some cases insurance must be added to the shipping (e.g. higher priced items such as guitars).

Please contact us to initiate a return - otherwise returns will not be accepted.

Refunds will be promptly issued upon passed inspection of the returned item.

New instruments and gear are covered by manufacturer warranty - if local, used gear is either repaired at our discretion or simply refunded during our 14 day policy, we will not repair and reship a used item, only a refund will be given.
