Terms of Service
All new instruments and gear are covered by manufacturer's warranty if available. Used gear that has a problem due to normal wear and tear after a purchase will be either repaired at our discretion or eligible for refund during our 14 day return period. We will not repair and reship used gear. Repair on used gear is only available for local customers.
Availability on items shipping direct from the manufacturer is subject to the manufacturer's current inventory stock. In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days after your purchase. We check the manufacturer's stock on a frequent basis and update our website availability accordingly. In the event when an item is out of stock and you made a purchase from our website, we will contact you within 2 business days after your purchase (usually will be within 1 day) and you will be given the option to either wait till they are in stock or receive an immediate, hassle-free full refund of the purchase price. The warranty on these items starts on the date of purchase. When shipping directly from the manufacturer, we am not able to do custom setups on instruments. These instruments pass through the company's quality control personnel, and standard setups are given. If the occasion should arise where a return is necessary for replacement under warranty, please contact us directly, and we in turn will pass along the necessary RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information for you to ship back to the manufacturer location. Warranty returns are not accepted without an RMA. You the buyer are responsible for any return shipping back to the manufacturer. The replaced item will be shipped to you free of charge. Manufacturer Direct Shipping is only available to locations in the lower 48 states - PO Boxes or APO (and similar) addresses are not eligible.
